Where'd You Go, Bernadette

Where'd You Go, Bernadette - I would have given this book ALL the stars, but that ending, for a person like me, was not cool, so 4 stars it is. Flaws and all, Bernadette, is my bitch! So is little, Bee, her daughter. Her husband however, is sniveling, weak, asshole that can go f-ck himself. I don't give a crap how he's been redeemed in the eyes of his daughter and wife. HE CAN (and should!) DIAFF!This book was a very funny and delightful read for me. There were parts where I raged, but it had more to do with what was going on in the lives of the characters more so than anything else. Lots to enjoy! The satirical element gave me so much life, OMG! **Full Review to come.** For now, I leave you with my favorite quote from the book: "My heart started racing, not the bad kind of heart racing, like I'm going to die. But the good kind of heart racing, like, Hello, can I help you with something? If not, please step aside because I'm about to kick the shit out of life.”
